Watermelon red flesh black and white seeds 
The perfect triangle, not on a cone
Juicy mouth watering and refreshing.
Who doesn't enjoy it?
Sticky residue wiped on a mother's skirt. 
Is it the water melon, the sky, or the greenery in front of the lake?
I don't know if I prefer the sight or the taste. 

From the river to the sea,
A sign of hope and peace await
For the Palestinians, we swim. 

This is not a simple fruit, no, and no man's land
A representation of the struggle against occupation Colours of red, black, and green surround the atmosphere, Palestine, red blood, black & white rubble Green, a global sign of peace. 
The beautiful sky and the earth remain 
A greatly balanced landscape. 
The iconic fruit matches the colours on the flag. 

The person who doesn't see it is blind.
